All three belong to the OpenDocument format family, which OASIS describes in its office-document standard. The file limit is 2.5 MB.
A PDF represents content as pages, making it useful when someone needs to read, print, or share a fixed presentation of a document. It is not a replacement for the editable source: spreadsheet cells, slide elements, and document text should still be changed in the original file.

For an ODT, scan headings, paragraphs, page breaks, footnotes, and any special fonts. For an ODS, check which sheets and print areas appear, whether columns fit the page, and whether numbers or formulas are legible. For an ODP, review slide order, text placement, images, and charts. If something is missing or shifted, adjust the source document and convert it again.
The downloaded filename uses the original name with a PDF extension. Keep the editable source if you may need to revise its text, cells, or slides later.
