Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
This PDF page scaler applies settings to every page in the selected document. Choose a target page size—A0 through A6, Letter, Legal, or Keep—and set a scale factor for the page content. “Keep” retains the current page dimensions; it does not mean that the content scale must remain unchanged. The default factor of 1 leaves the content at its current scale. A factor below 1 reduces it; a factor above 1 enlarges it.
Changing a page’s sheet size and zooming its contents are different operations. A new target size changes the page format, while the scale factor zooms content on the page. Depending on the original layout and your chosen factor, content can occupy less space or extend beyond the page area. This tool processes the whole document with one selected size and factor; there is no page-range selector.
A-series choices are useful when a document needs a consistent international paper format. Letter and Legal are common U.S. paper labels. If the document already has the dimensions you need, Keep avoids selecting a new preset. Consider the source page dimensions and whether the target is for on-screen reading, printing, or a downstream submission before choosing a format.
The result is a new processed PDF for review. Scaling a page does not rewrite or reflow its text as a word processor would; inspect the finished pages to confirm that important material remains visible and legible.

Select one or more PDF files. The page accepts up to five files, with a 2.5 MB maximum for each file.
Choose the target page size. Select Keep to preserve each page’s existing dimensions, or select A0–A6, Letter, or Legal.
Set the scale factor. Use 1 to keep the content scale unchanged; a smaller factor reduces content and a larger one enlarges it.
Run the operation and open the resulting PDF. Check pages from the beginning, middle, and end, especially where a large scale could move material outside the visible page.
For example, if a document should retain its page size but its content needs to be reduced, choose Keep and a factor below 1. If the page format must change too, choose the new size and then review how the existing content sits on it.

For a document whose pages all need the same selected treatment, use one target size and factor for the file. Pages cannot be selected individually, so split out pages elsewhere first if only some pages should change.

A page-size change or scale factor can alter how much room content occupies. Enlarging may push elements beyond the visible page; reducing may leave more unused space. The operation does not provide separate settings for different pages, nor does it reflow the document like an editable text file. Review every page that matters before relying on the output for printing, forms, signatures, or submission. Keep an unchanged copy of the source until you have checked the processed PDF.
