• We do not study them. We do not make any copies.
• During service provision, most tools process files on the client side without uploading to the server (marked on the page). If server processing is required, your files will be transmitted to 'Toolkk' and temporarily stored on 'Toolkk' servers.
• We do not read, view, or mine any data from your files or their metadata.
• We do not save any copies. All files uploaded to the server will be automatically deleted within 3 hours unless otherwise required by law or authorized by you.
• All file processing is done by machines, and there is no human interaction with your files.

Personal Information Processing Rules

• In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations, we will process your personal information according to the following rules:
• 1. Types and Purposes of Personal Information Collected
• Device and identification information: Including Android ID, GAID, OAID, UAID, IDFA, AAID, Boot ID, IMEI, MAC, IMSI, etc., used to generate unique device identifiers, ensure accuracy of push services and cross-device identification, and improve service compatibility.
• Device hardware and system information: Device model, screen resolution, manufacturer, operating system version, system language, etc., used for feature adaptation, problem diagnosis, and user experience improvement.
• Network and location information: Including IP, network type, carrier information, SSID/BSSID, rough or precise location information (collected with authorization), and Bluetooth information, used for geofencing, user segmentation, selecting nearby push nodes, and improving push reach rates.
• Application and push logs: Used to statistics push delivery, exposure, and clicks, to optimize push strategies and advertising (only collected in necessary scenarios and can opt out).
• Sensor information (magnetic, acceleration, gravity, gyroscope, pressure sensors) and other basic information, used for advertising, anti-fraud, etc. For example, the advertising SDK may collect acceleration sensor information for anti-fraud detection and advertising effectiveness optimization.
• 2. Use of Personal Information
• To provide and maintain our services (e.g., message push, geofencing, personalized recommendations).
• For service optimization, fault diagnosis, feature compatibility testing, and security protection.
• Process necessary information in compliance with legal requirements or to protect our legitimate rights and interests.
• With your explicit consent, for advertising, effectiveness analysis, and user insights for commercial purposes. You can opt out by refusing or uninstalling the SDK through settings.

3. Storage and Retention of Personal Information

We only retain your personal information for the period necessary to provide services. After the necessary period, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information. For push-related non-persistent logs (such as delivery/click logs), we will delete or anonymize them according to the principle of minimum necessity after meeting business requirements.

4. Sharing and Transfer of Personal Information

We will not share your personal information with unrelated third parties unless:

• We have obtained your explicit consent;
• Required by laws and regulations or judicial/regulatory authorities in accordance with the law;
• It is necessary to share with partners to achieve the service functions agreed with you (e.g., push services, advertising), and we have signed data protection agreements with such partners and taken necessary security measures.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and you can withdraw your consent to personal information processing at any time. 6. Data Security and Processing Methods

We protect your personal information through de-identification, encrypted transmission, access control, log auditing, and other security measures. We only access data within the minimum scope necessary to provide services, and encrypt and store critical data for transmission.

Third-Party SDKs and Services

Jiguang Push (Jiguang SDK)

• SDK Name: Jiguang Push SDK
• Provider: Shenzhen Hexun Huagu Information Technology Co., Ltd.
• Purpose: To provide message push services for APP users.
• Data Types: Device identifiers, device hardware information, operating system information, network information, push logs, location information (optional), Bluetooth information (optional), software list (optional), etc., depending on SDK configuration and user authorization.
• Data Processing: Jiguang may generate de-identified unique device identifiers to support cross-device identification and push services; we have signed data protection agreements with third parties, requiring them to process and protect data security in accordance with legal requirements.

Youlianghui (Advertising SDK)

• SDK Name: Youlianghui SDK
• Provider: Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems Co., Ltd.
• Purpose: Advertising delivery, attribution, monitoring, and effectiveness optimization.
• Data Types: Rough location information, device information, device identifiers, application information, advertising exposure/click data, sensor information (magnetic, acceleration, gravity, gyroscope, pressure sensors) and other basic information, collected according to SDK functions and user authorization.

Security

• We have done a lot of work to protect your data and make our services as secure as possible.
• We store your files in China and take appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• We are committed to protecting your personal data and files.
• All transfers to and from 'Toolkk' are SSL encrypted.
• All 'Toolkk' servers are located in China and take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access (i.e., hacking).

Cookies:

• We need them to provide our services.
• Store so-called cookies to provide you with comprehensive functionality and make our website easier to use.
• Cookies are small files stored on your computer with the help of internet browsers.
