Search party keywords to view returned case numbers, courts, status, parties and filing, hearing or closing dates.
Overview
Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
Trial process search returns case records directly for a party keyword. The returned court, case number, status, parties and dates can be read after the search without purchasing a separate detail. This tool organizes available case leads; it does not log in to a party account or provide access to private electronic case files.
A record may include area, claimant, defendant, other parties, filing date, hearing date, closing date, procedure, cause of action, case type and subject matter. Not every record supplies every field. A blank date means that the value was not returned, rather than proving that the event never occurred. No timeline is reconstructed from incomplete dates.
Compare the court and case number before reviewing party roles and status. A source status such as closed does not establish that obligations have been performed, enforcement is complete or no later procedure exists. A company can occur as claimant in one record and defendant in another. Do not infer a missing court from an area or treat absent subject matter as a zero amount.
Use the records to compare known case references, organize different party roles for company research, or understand the distinction between filing, hearing and closing information. These are returned snapshots, not live progress monitoring. The tool does not predict results, provide proof of performance or notify you of later developments.
Guide
Follow the workflow and verify inputs and outputs with practical examples.
Enter a party keyword, select fuzzy or exact matching, review the price and submit the search. Results distinguish the source-reported total from the records actually returned. The free text filter searches the current list only. Editing the form does not relabel earlier results; a successful new search replaces the list, while a failed request leaves the previous successful snapshot and query time visible.
This category displays returned case fields directly. There is no separate detail purchase. Copy a record or filter the text already available on the page. A local filter with no matches means that the current list does not contain that text, not that the source has no relevant record.
Use cases
See how the tool fits into real work and everyday tasks.
A company may have a different role in each record. Record the role alongside the case reference rather than counting every entry as a claim against the company. If the court or subject matter is absent, leave the field unprovided and continue checking the material you already hold.
Q&A
Find concise answers to common questions and confusing cases.
This category returns case fields directly and has no separate single-record detail service.
No. The returned status is not a verification of performance or completion of enforcement.
No. Only returned record fields are available, without private files or a full event history.
Copying and filtering returned text are free. Submitting another search makes a new request costing 30 coins. Account history replay is not provided.
Notes
Review scope, result limitations, and important precautions before use.
No fixed completeness or update interval is promised. The source-reported total may exceed the returned list, and no pagination condition is available. No results and service errors are shown separately. After an uncertain network response, check your balance and usage before retrying manually; paid requests are not retried automatically.
Each search costs 30 coins. Reading the returned case records has no additional per-record detail charge. These initial prices are the same across membership levels.
Successfully purchased details can be reopened free only while this page remains open for the same account. Refreshing, leaving or changing accounts clears the results, and a new query is chargeable. Account purchase-history replay is not available. Check the content and permitted use before copying; avoid sharing personal identifiers or unrelated parties’ information.
