Search party-name excerpts and purchase individual hearing notice details, including the returned court, area, title and text.
Overview
Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
Hearing notices provide leads about arrangements published for court sessions in mainland China. Start with a Chinese company name or party keyword to see the excerpts returned for that request. Reading the candidates first makes it possible to choose relevant notices before purchasing their details. Opening a detail displays the returned area, court, title and notice text; it does not order every candidate automatically.
The notice text may mention a date, time, courtroom or address, but these items are not guaranteed to appear in every record. The tool does not extract an appointment or create a calendar reminder. A historical notice is a record to check, rather than confirmation that a hearing remains scheduled. Verify changes or cancellation with the issuing court before relying on an arrangement.
Compare the court and title with the matter you already know, then read the parties and arrangements in the body. An area code is an identifier, not a case count. Similar titles do not prove that notices belong to the same case. Missing fields remain unprovided; the company address is not used to fill in a missing court or area.
Use the candidates to organize hearing leads for an existing matter, compare names in company research, or practice reading notices. Different courts can publish records involving similarly named parties. Review each relevant notice independently and keep the query time with any notes you make.
Guide
Follow the workflow and verify inputs and outputs with practical examples.
Enter a party keyword, select fuzzy or exact matching, review the price and submit the search. Results distinguish the source-reported total from the records actually returned. The free text filter searches the current list only. Editing the form does not relabel earlier results; a successful new search replaces the list, while a failed request leaves the previous successful snapshot and query time visible.
Read a candidate excerpt before selecting View details. Only the selected record is purchased. Its detail opens beneath the original excerpt, and multiple returned detail entries are displayed separately. A candidate without a detail identifier cannot be opened using a case number or a record from another category. Reopening an already purchased record on this page does not make another paid request.
Use cases
See how the tool fits into real work and everyday tasks.
Choose records for a specific research question instead of buying every candidate. If an excerpt mentions an old date, opening it gives you the returned historical text, not a refreshed hearing schedule. The copy action copies the visible returned material and does not fetch a new version.
Q&A
Find concise answers to common questions and confusing cases.
No. This tool searches party keywords and has no court-name or hearing-date filter.
No. These can be read only when present in the returned notice text.
No. A hearing arrangement is distinct from a judgment and does not establish the outcome.
Reopening a purchased detail in the current page is free, as are copying and local filtering. Querying again after leaving or refreshing is a new paid operation.
Notes
Review scope, result limitations, and important precautions before use.
No fixed completeness or update interval is promised. The source-reported total may exceed the returned list, and no pagination condition is available. No results and service errors are shown separately. After an uncertain network response, check your balance and usage before retrying manually; paid requests are not retried automatically.
Each search costs 30 coins and each newly opened detail costs 40 coins. Search plus one detail costs 70 coins; opening a second detail adds another 40. These initial prices are the same across membership levels.
Successfully purchased details can be reopened free only while this page remains open for the same account. Refreshing, leaving or changing accounts clears the results, and a new query is chargeable. Account purchase-history replay is not available. Check the content and permitted use before copying; avoid sharing personal identifiers or unrelated parties’ information.
