Search judgment excerpts by party keywords and purchase returned court, case number, title, publication date and text.
Overview
Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
Judgment document search returns candidate excerpts connected to party keywords. Read the excerpts to assess relevance before purchasing an individual document detail. The detail can include the court, title, case number, publication date and returned body. This is a document-finding workflow, rather than a complete litigation history or a substitute for consulting the original court record.
Use the Chinese legal name when researching a company. Fuzzy and exact matching are available. The optional Chinese identity-number condition is under additional filters and should be supplied only when authorized and necessary. Leaving it blank still allows a name search. The condition does not verify the identity document or establish a relationship between a person and a company.
Check the court, case number and title before interpreting the body. Publication date is not automatically the decision, service or effective date. A title mentioning an appeal does not mean that every earlier and later document has been retrieved. Text may be redacted, missing or truncated; do not reconstruct omitted names, amounts or dates from adjacent candidates.
For case research, compare candidate excerpts and buy the documents relevant to your question. For company research, record courts and case numbers as leads needing confirmation. For document-reading practice, distinguish the title, factual narrative and publication metadata. The tool does not predict outcomes or assign a litigation risk score.
Guide
Follow the workflow and verify inputs and outputs with practical examples.
Enter a party keyword, select fuzzy or exact matching, review the price and submit the search. Results distinguish the source-reported total from the records actually returned. The free text filter searches the current list only. Editing the form does not relabel earlier results; a successful new search replaces the list, while a failed request leaves the previous successful snapshot and query time visible.
Read a candidate excerpt before selecting View details. Only the selected record is purchased. Its detail opens beneath the original excerpt, and multiple returned detail entries are displayed separately. A candidate without a detail identifier cannot be opened using a case number or a record from another category. Reopening an already purchased record on this page does not make another paid request.
Use cases
See how the tool fits into real work and everyday tasks.
An individual company can appear in several unrelated disputes. Compare the identity and subject matter independently for each document rather than treating the number of hits as a measure of wrongdoing. Opening a later candidate is a separate purchase, so review its excerpt before proceeding.
Q&A
Find concise answers to common questions and confusing cases.
No. It is an optional condition and can be left blank for name searches.
No separate case-number, court or decision-date filter is provided in this workflow.
No original-PDF download is supplied. Text completeness and redaction depend on the returned record.
Reopening a purchased detail in the current page is free, as are copying and local filtering. Querying again after leaving or refreshing is a new paid operation.
Notes
Review scope, result limitations, and important precautions before use.
No fixed completeness or update interval is promised. The source-reported total may exceed the returned list, and no pagination condition is available. No results and service errors are shown separately. After an uncertain network response, check your balance and usage before retrying manually; paid requests are not retried automatically.
Each search costs 30 coins and each newly opened detail costs 40 coins. Search plus one detail costs 70 coins; opening a second detail adds another 40. These initial prices are the same across membership levels.
Successfully purchased details can be reopened free only while this page remains open for the same account. Refreshing, leaving or changing accounts clears the results, and a new query is chargeable. Account purchase-history replay is not available. Check the content and permitted use before copying; avoid sharing personal identifiers or unrelated parties’ information.
