Find party-name announcement excerpts and purchase their type, issuer, parties, publication date and returned body.
Overview
Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
Court announcement search finds candidate notices associated with party keywords. A search returns excerpts first; purchasing a chosen candidate opens its returned announcement type, issuer or court, parties, publication date and body. Read the type together with the text instead of assuming that every court announcement is a judgment or a hearing arrangement.
Announcements can concern different procedural matters. This tool keeps court announcements separate from hearing notices, with separate detail records. A name appearing in a candidate is a reason to investigate the match, not proof of identity or a legal conclusion. Similar names and abbreviated company names require manual comparison with the material you already hold.
Compare issuer, parties and announcement type before reading the relevant dates and instructions. Publication date alone is not a calculation of service, response or filing deadlines. The tool neither calculates procedural time limits nor decides the effect of publication. Missing text should remain missing rather than being copied from another notice with a similar name.
Use a name search to discover candidates before organizing announcement material, to compare issuer and parties in company research, or to locate a notice referenced in existing paperwork. Keep different notices separate until the matter and record have been checked. A court or issuer located in one area does not establish where the company is registered.
Guide
Follow the workflow and verify inputs and outputs with practical examples.
Enter a party keyword, select fuzzy or exact matching, review the price and submit the search. Results distinguish the source-reported total from the records actually returned. The free text filter searches the current list only. Editing the form does not relabel earlier results; a successful new search replaces the list, while a failed request leaves the previous successful snapshot and query time visible.
Read a candidate excerpt before selecting View details. Only the selected record is purchased. Its detail opens beneath the original excerpt, and multiple returned detail entries are displayed separately. A candidate without a detail identifier cannot be opened using a case number or a record from another category. Reopening an already purchased record on this page does not make another paid request.
Use cases
See how the tool fits into real work and everyday tasks.
A notice can mention several parties and different procedural matters in the same body. Keep the original wording in your working notes and distinguish the issuing court from the party being researched. The displayed candidates are not merged into a case timeline.
Q&A
Find concise answers to common questions and confusing cases.
They use separate categories and detail records. Read the returned announcement type instead of treating the categories as interchangeable.
No such source filters are available here. The local text filter searches only records already returned.
This tool does not calculate deadlines. Check the original notice and confirm the relevant information with the court.
Reopening a purchased detail in the current page is free, as are copying and local filtering. Querying again after leaving or refreshing is a new paid operation.
Notes
Review scope, result limitations, and important precautions before use.
No fixed completeness or update interval is promised. The source-reported total may exceed the returned list, and no pagination condition is available. No results and service errors are shown separately. After an uncertain network response, check your balance and usage before retrying manually; paid requests are not retried automatically.
Each search costs 30 coins and each newly opened detail costs 40 coins. Search plus one detail costs 70 coins; opening a second detail adds another 40. These initial prices are the same across membership levels.
Successfully purchased details can be reopened free only while this page remains open for the same account. Refreshing, leaving or changing accounts clears the results, and a new query is chargeable. Account purchase-history replay is not available. Check the content and permitted use before copying; avoid sharing personal identifiers or unrelated parties’ information.
