This tool precisely controls 12+ parameters within the YUV color space, allowing you to independently adjust key metrics like brightness, contrast, and saturation to export a perfectly color-balanced MP4 video. In the YUV color model, the Y channel controls luminance (light and dark details), while the U and V channels control the blue-yellow and red-green hue axes, respectively. This prevents the color banding often caused by traditional RGB adjustments.
Q: Will color grading reduce my video quality?
No. The tool uses non-destructive processing, modifying only the YUV color components without altering the original resolution or bitrate.
Q: How can I save my custom color grading parameters?
You can export your settings as a .cube LUT file, allowing you to apply the same style to future videos with a single click.
Avoid excessively increasing saturation to prevent color clipping. Hardware acceleration is currently not supported in the Safari browser. Encrypted videos cannot be processed.
Typical adjustment scenario: For videos with a cyan skin tone cast, slightly adjust the hue by +5 (warming) and increase shadows by +30 to recover details. We recommend using the histogram to guide your adjustments, ensuring the Y channel values stay within the 16-235 broadcast-safe range.
