The aspect ratio of a thyroid nodule is the ratio of its anteroposterior (AP) diameter (depth) to its transverse diameter (width). It is a crucial morphological indicator for assessing whether a nodule is benign or malignant. By entering the AP and transverse diameters (in centimeters), this tool calculates the exact aspect ratio and provides a status prompt based on medical standards (an aspect ratio > 1, often referred to as "taller-than-wide," indicates a higher risk of malignancy).
