A few numbers may repeat, especially on larger worksheets, but the overall selection is evenly randomized and suitable for everyday practice.
Worksheets are generated locally in your browser and contain no personal data or watermarks. You may download the PDF or print copies for home tutoring, classroom instruction, or learning-center handouts. For public publishing or large-scale commercial distribution, consider adjusting the layout and confirming the applicable copyright requirements.
The generator pairs numbers randomly. Within a range of 10 to 50, you might get a basic question such as 12 = 11 + 1 or a more challenging one such as 49 = 25 + 24. This variation is intentional: it helps students work with number combinations of different difficulty levels instead of memorizing a fixed pattern.

This tool is designed for number composition and decomposition practice in the early elementary grades, using addition-based number splits. It is not intended for decomposing fractions, decimal operations, prime factorization, or solving algebraic equations. Results rely entirely on your browser’s random number generator. While this is suitable for everyday practice, it is not cryptographically secure and should not be used where highly unpredictable results are required.
The layout engine uses standard web rendering. When exporting to PDF, differences in browser or printer margin settings may cause variations of 1–2 millimeters. If precise binding margins are required, select “Fit to Page” in the print preview or adjust the scale manually before exporting. All calculations and rendering take place locally, and no data is uploaded.
