The formula for cup size is: Cup Size = Upper Bust Measurement - Under Bust Measurement

Notes

The calculated cup size may not necessarily be the final size you should buy; there are three other possibilities:

More fat: The cup size should be one size larger. (For example, if the difference is C, usually choose D)
The calculated difference is ambiguous: You should try to choose a cup size one size larger to allow room for breast development. (For example, if the difference is 15, between C and D, usually choose D)
The shape of the breasts is flat like scattered sand: The smaller the measured difference, the larger the selected cup size.
