Phone number validation is the process of checking whether a number is currently active via carrier interfaces. The output includes a status indicator (Normal/Disconnected/Suspended), location details, and carrier type.
What phone number formats are supported?
We only support 11-digit mainland China mobile numbers. International numbers and landlines are not supported.
What is the difference between "Suspended" and "Disconnected"?
Suspended means the number is temporarily out of service but can be restored. Disconnected means the number has been reclaimed and canceled by the carrier. Disconnected numbers should be permanently removed from your database, while suspended numbers can be kept for observation.
Only single-number checks are supported per query; batch operations require API integration. Results reflect the status at the exact time of the query, though carrier data updates may have up to a 24-hour delay. Do not use this tool for illegal purposes, and ensure sensitive data is anonymized before submission.
We recommend marketing teams perform monthly database cleanups: mark "Disconnected" numbers as permanently invalid, and keep "Suspended" numbers for a 3-month observation period. For example, entering 18800001111 might return 「Beijing | China Mobile | Disconnected」—such data should be purged immediately.
