This page accepts a list of mainland-China mobile-number records and submits eligible rows for a provider status check. It is designed for operators handling records they are authorized to process, such as a contact list that needs routine data-quality review. It is not a US phone validator: the expected number format and status service are specific to mainland China.
For each processed row, the result is normalized into a broad classification: normal, empty/non-normal, unknown, or an error. The response may also include an area, carrier, or provider-supplied status message. These labels report what the service returned for that query; they do not establish who owns a number, whether a person consented to contact, or whether a call or text will be delivered.
A normal result is not proof of identity or permission. An empty/non-normal result is not a permanent prediction that the number can never be used. Provider classifications can be missing or unclear, in which case the row may be unknown or fail. The page does not publish a verified national coverage rate, a guaranteed response time, or an independently measured accuracy figure, so none should be inferred from a successful-looking status.

Review the preview before paying to process rows. Invalid rows are excluded, empty lines can be removed, and duplicate rows are combined by default. The batch requires at least 20 valid unique records and accepts up to 500 records.
Start the check and review each row’s classification and any returned area, carrier, or status message. Failed rows should be treated as unresolved rather than as normal or empty.
Export the result workbook if you need a record for an authorized internal review. Limit access to the input and exported file to people who need it.

Submit only records you are authorized to process, keep the list limited to the task, and protect both the uploaded source and downloaded results. The interface indicates that login or sufficient account balance may be required; check the displayed price and account terms before starting a billable batch.
Use results as one data-quality signal. Verify important records through an appropriate direct or authorized channel, and do not use status classifications as evidence of identity, consent, or guaranteed message delivery.
