Check a flight number and departure date for operating status, airports, terminals, scheduled times and available actual departure or arrival times.
Enter search details to view flight records
Overview
Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
Use a full flight number and departure date to request operating information for that flight. Cards separate the operating status, scheduled departure and arrival, and actual departure and arrival. Airport, city, airline and terminal information appear as supplied. Missing actual times remain marked as not provided; they are never filled with scheduled times.
Each result is a snapshot obtained by a manual request. The tool does not promise a fixed update interval, unrestricted historical access or complete coverage. Check the number, departure day and individual segment before comparing records. Multiple returned cards should be read separately rather than merging their status and timing fields.
Guide
Follow the workflow and verify inputs and outputs with practical examples.
Enter the complete flight number, then select the departure date shown on the itinerary. For an overnight flight, the arrival or pickup date may differ from the departure day. The date picker handles the required request format; you do not need to type a timestamp. Invalid or missing inputs are rejected before the request. Check the coin price and submit to obtain a new snapshot.
Scheduled times describe an arrangement. Actual times describe events recorded by the source, and missing values do not prove that the flight has not departed. Full actual timestamps retain their dates to help identify overnight travel. The tool does not convert time zones or calculate delay minutes. The displayed query time belongs to this request, rather than being the source’s last-update timestamp or a measure of data freshness.
Check the flight number, departure day and any codeshare information if no record matches. Missing data does not establish cancellation. A failed request has a separate error message; if earlier successful results remain below it, the page identifies them as previous results. Use their saved search conditions and query time to avoid treating an unsuccessful refresh as a new status report. Another manual request is a new paid operation.
Use cases
See how the tool fits into real work and everyday tasks.
A pickup contact can review the arrival airport, terminal, reported status and available actual arrival time before arranging ground transport. A traveller can compare departure details with airline messages. An administrator can share a card with colleagues and state when it was retrieved. A copied card is a communication aid and does not subscribe anyone to changes.
If the result conflicts with a notice, contact the airline or airport. This tool does not guarantee a boarding gate, track a passenger, rebook a ticket or decide compensation. It does not establish that a connection will succeed. Weather, traffic restrictions and other operational changes require current official notices and instructions from airport staff.
Q&A
Find concise answers to common questions and confusing cases.
No. The field may be unavailable or not yet updated. Check the reported operating status and airline or airport information.
The source does not establish an unrestricted date range. Availability depends on the actual response; no record may reflect limited date coverage.
No. This is a manual paid lookup. Check the number, date and price before requesting another snapshot. It does not run background subscriptions.
The tool does not calculate delays. Missing dates, time-zone context or event definitions make simple subtraction unreliable; confirm the operational explanation with the airline.
Notes
Review scope, result limitations, and important precautions before use.
The tool retrieves flight information through the ToolKK API. Prices and account rules apply to requests; reading or copying results already shown does not send another search. Errors and unknown response formats are distinct from an empty result. The display cannot guarantee that every optional field is available or that a record resolves a conflicting itinerary.
Do not enter names, passport numbers, identity documents, phone numbers or booking verification codes. Search conditions are sent to the server and relevant data service, so this is not an offline lookup. Control who receives copied records. These instructions reflect the interface contract checked on 10 October 2026. Confirm boarding, booking changes and other consequential travel arrangements with the airline or airport.
