Look up route details, airports and reference schedules using a flight number. Review multiple records without assuming dated operating status.
Enter search details to view flight records
Overview
Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
Enter a complete flight number from an itinerary to look up cities, airports, airline and reference departure and arrival times. Aircraft, operating days, country names, city codes and on-time rates may also be supplied. A single number can return several records; each card is a separate reference entry to review.
This lookup does not take a departure date or retrieve passenger bookings. Its main purpose is flight-reference information; source records may include locations outside mainland China, without establishing comprehensive international coverage. Use the dated status search to investigate a particular day’s operation rather than treating a reference time as an actual departure.
Guide
Follow the workflow and verify inputs and outputs with practical examples.
Include the airline letters and the numeric part, for example CA1104. Do not paste a booking reference, ticket number or passenger identification. Leading and trailing spaces are removed and letters are submitted in uppercase. Check the displayed price before submitting; results start on page one and retain the queried number and retrieval time. If nothing matches, compare the number with the original itinerary or ask the booking channel about a codeshare or changed flight.
Compare the route, airport names, operating days and times on every card. Do not combine an airport from one entry with the time from another. A reported total of zero pages does not erase records already returned. Where a valid page count permits further navigation, each page request is a separate paid search using the number attached to the current results. Submit again after changing the number in the input.
A city and an airport are different pieces of information, especially for cities served by several airports. Preserve the full airport name and any terminal text. Country labels and city codes are supporting reference details, not replacements for checking the airport on a ticket. Operating days and on-time rates do not guarantee a specific date, and missing aircraft information should remain unknown rather than being inferred from the number.
Use cases
See how the tool fits into real work and everyday tasks.
Travellers can fill gaps in a message that contains only a flight number. An administrator can compare reference routes before asking colleagues for the departure date. A support agent can discuss several possible records with a traveller instead of silently choosing the first one. These uses require a final check against the actual itinerary.
Copy a card to share its displayed information with a colleague or pickup contact. It is neither a ticket nor a boarding document, and it does not update automatically after sharing. For delays, cancellations or actual arrival times, use the flight-status tool with the departure day. For fares, ticket availability and refund conditions, consult the airline or booking channel.
Q&A
Find concise answers to common questions and confusing cases.
Compare cities, airports, operating days and scheduled times, then confirm the relevant itinerary. The tool cannot automatically match a travel date because this search does not accept one.
No. It is reference information. Use a dated status query and check current airline or airport notices for operational decisions.
The source may supply incomplete paging statistics. Returned records remain readable; the tool neither discards them nor guesses that further pages exist.
Labels and explanations change language. Source city, airport, airline and status text remain as supplied; they are not certified translations.
Notes
Review scope, result limitations, and important precautions before use.
The tool retrieves flight information through the ToolKK API. Prices and account rules apply to requests; reading or copying results already shown does not send another search. Errors and unknown response formats are distinct from an empty result. The display cannot guarantee that every optional field is available or that a record resolves a conflicting itinerary.
Do not enter names, passport numbers, identity documents, phone numbers or booking verification codes. Search conditions are sent to the server and relevant data service, so this is not an offline lookup. Control who receives copied records. These instructions reflect the interface contract checked on 10 October 2026. Confirm boarding, booking changes and other consequential travel arrangements with the airline or airport.
