Importance of Express Outlets

Express outlets are an indispensable part of the express logistics service system. They serve as distribution centers for packages and play a crucial role in the entire logistics chain. For consumers, express outlets provide convenient sending and receiving services. Senders can choose the nearest outlet to drop off packages based on the address, or schedule a pick-up; recipients can choose to have packages delivered to a designated outlet for self-pickup when it is inconvenient to receive them at home. In addition, express outlets are also the main window for handling package inquiries, tracking, complaints, and abnormal items (such as lost or damaged items), serving as a bridge connecting consumers and express companies. An efficient and dense layout of express outlets is key to ensuring the breadth of logistics service coverage, response speed, and user experience.
