Track major courier packages in real-time using your tracking number and phone number. Get transit history, delivery progress, and delivery confirmation.
Anxious about where your package is? Simply enter the tracking number and the sender's or recipient's phone number. This tool connects directly to official courier APIs to parse real-time logistics data. The tracking number is the unique identifier for your package (e.g., SF123456789 for SF Express, YT987654321 for YTO). The system will return timestamps and location information for the entire delivery process, including pickup, transit, out for delivery, and delivery confirmation.
Is a phone number required to track a package?
Yes. According to courier API requirements, the phone number is needed to verify package ownership. This information is used strictly for tracking verification purposes.
Why does it show "No tracking information found"?
This usually happens in three scenarios: the tracking number was entered incorrectly (please double-check the alphanumeric combination), the package hasn't entered the logistics system yet (it takes about 2 hours to sync after pickup), or the selected courier's API is temporarily down. We recommend verifying the courier via the tracking number prefix (e.g., SF/YTO) and trying again.
The tracking number must be entered completely as 12-18 characters (case-sensitive), and the phone number must match the one provided when the order was placed. International shipments and logistics in certain remote areas may not sync in real-time. The system does not store user phone numbers, but tracking requires transmitting verification information through the courier's API.
For valuable items, we recommend using couriers like SF Express that provide complete electronic proof of delivery. Packages with tracking numbers starting with "SF" can retrieve more detailed recipient information and operation records. If you need to track packages in bulk, you will need to integrate via an enterprise API; this tool currently does not support file imports.
