Create a badge image displaying an email address with optional envelope graphic and styling controls.
Overview
Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
This tool places a complete email address into a small, horizontal badge image. You can include a simple envelope drawing, choose its text and background colors, and adjust the type style and spacing. The address stays readable as text in the graphic; it is not shortened to initials, converted into an avatar, or replaced by a logo.
Choose a sans-serif, serif, or monospace font, then set the font size from 12 to 72 pixels. Horizontal padding ranges from 4 to 80 pixels, vertical padding from 2 to 60 pixels, and corner rounding from 0 to 40 pixels. These settings affect the badge dimensions, so a longer address or larger type generally makes a wider image. Text and background colors are independent. You can turn on a transparent background or hide the envelope; when transparency is on, the background color and corner setting do not affect the output.
The result offers PNG and SVG downloads. PNG is a pixel image; SVG is a vector format whose text appearance can depend on fonts available in the software opening it. A copy control copies the address as plain text. The preview reports its calculated width and height in pixels, rather than promising one fixed badge size.
Guide
Follow the workflow and verify inputs and outputs with practical examples.
Type the complete address, such as contact@example.org. A preview appears when the nonempty input passes the format check for text before and after an @ sign, plus a dot in the domain part.
Choose a font category and size, set text and background colors, and decide whether to show the envelope and use a transparent background. Adjust horizontal and vertical padding to give the text breathing room; use the corner control when the background is visible.
Review the whole address in the preview, including the domain, then download PNG for a conventional image file or SVG for a vector workflow. Use the copy control when you need the address itself as text. Reset Styles restores the initial settings.
For contact@example.org, select a sans-serif font, use a dark text color on a light background, keep the envelope visible, and set enough horizontal padding that the icon does not crowd the first letter. The preview will size itself to the address and selected settings. If the footer already has a colored panel, switch on transparency and check that the text still contrasts against that panel before placing the downloaded image.
Use cases
See how the tool fits into real work and everyday tasks.
Make a consistent visual label for a page footer or contact panel. Check that visitors can read the entire address at the size where it will appear.
Reuse the same font, colors, and spacing while generating a separate image for each colleague. Review every spelling before publishing the set.
Use a transparent badge when it needs to sit over an existing design, or retain a solid background when the image should stand on its own. Check SVG text rendering in the intended software.
Q&A
Find concise answers to common questions and confusing cases.
It shows the complete entered email address, with an optional envelope graphic. It does not make an initials avatar.
No. The input check only looks for a basic address-like format. The tool does not send a message or confirm that the mailbox exists or can receive mail.
The SVG specifies a font category and font stack, but the viewing software may use a different available font. Check the file in the target application; choose PNG if you need the rendered appearance preserved as pixels.
No protection is promised. The graphic visibly contains the address, and this tool does not test or guarantee resistance to scraping. Do not use it as an email verification or anti-spam method.
Notes
Review scope, result limitations, and important precautions before use.
An image containing your address still exposes that address to anyone who can view or process the image. Consider whether it should be public before adding it to a page or document. Basic format acceptance is not verification, and a badge image is not automatically a clickable mail link; add a separate link if visitors should open an email composer. Text size, font availability, image placement, and color contrast can change how readable the badge is in its final context, so inspect it at the intended display size.
