When converting resistor units, note: 1 mega-ohm = 1,000 kilo-ohms = 1,000,000 ohms. For capacitor units: 1 farad = 1,000 millifarads = 1,000,000 microfarads. For inductor units: 1 henry = 1,000 millihenries = 1,000,000 microhenries. Typical examples: 47 kilo-ohms = 0.047 mega-ohms, 100nF = 0.1μF.
