Generate acrostic or telestich poems in one click. Supports custom text and poetry styles.
Set hidden text and style to generate multiple poem variants.
Overview
Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
This generator creates short Chinese-language poems around characters you supply. In acrostic mode, the normalized characters from the head text appear at the beginning of successive lines. A telestich places the tail text at line endings. Head-and-tail mode uses both patterns at once. An acrostic is read vertically down the initial position; here, the spine is a sequence of Chinese characters rather than an English initial-letter word.
Choose a theme such as blessing, love, farewell, ambition, or landscape, then a tone such as gentle, classic, bright, or heroic. The output is assembled from built-in Chinese phrase banks that match the selected theme and tone. It gives you three draft variations to review and edit.
The line-count control is limited to 4–8 lines. The line-length choice is five or seven Chinese characters. In acrostic mode, your cleaned head text must fit within the number of lines; telestich uses the tail text in the same way. Head-and-tail requires both sequences to fit. Whitespace and common punctuation are stripped from the spine text before the character positions are used.
The generated lines are short themed drafts, not an analysis or certification of classical Chinese verse. The controls set the visible pattern and phrase style; they do not check tonal patterns, rhyme, historical poetic forms, or literary quality.
Guide
Follow the workflow and verify inputs and outputs with practical examples.
Pick acrostic for line beginnings, telestich for line endings, or head-and-tail to place both sequences.
Type the head phrase, tail phrase, or both, depending on mode. Spaces and common punctuation are removed. Keep each required sequence no longer than the selected line count.
Set a theme and tone, choose four through eight lines, and select five or seven characters per line. Generate to see three alternatives. Copy a candidate and revise wording that does not fit your intended meaning.
For example, entering 春风 in four-line acrostic mode makes the first two generated lines begin with 春 and 风; the remaining line openings are supplied by the generator's phrase bank. The spine characters are a visible structural prompt, not a promise that every other character will match a desired meter.
Use cases
See how the tool fits into real work and everyday tasks.
A Chinese learner or writing student can see how a short phrase changes when its characters anchor line starts or endings, then annotate or rewrite the draft.
For a card or celebratory note, enter a short Chinese name or phrase, choose a blessing theme, and edit the suggested lines for the recipient and occasion.
A writing group can hold the same spine fixed while changing theme or tone, then select and revise a version that better fits the message.
Q&A
Find concise answers to common questions and confusing cases.
No. Its phrase banks and intended output are Chinese. It is designed for Chinese-character poem drafts, not arbitrary English words or English-language lines.
After whitespace and common punctuation are removed, the required sequence must fit within the selected 4–8 lines. Shorten it or increase the line count.
No. The generator arranges themed phrase-bank text around the chosen characters. It does not validate regulated verse, tonal patterns, rhyme, or historical form.
Notes
Review scope, result limitations, and important precautions before use.
Treat the three results as editable prompts. A phrase assembled from a theme bank may sound awkward, repeat an idea, or fail to express the nuance you want. Check character choice, idiom, tone, and suitability for the occasion with a fluent reader when those details matter. The tool is not a translation service or a classical-poetry evaluator.
