跨时区协作常因时间换算错误导致会议错过或沟通延误，本工具实时获取全球400+城市当前时间，支持任意两时区时间换算，基于IANA时区数据库自动计算夏令时和标准时间差异。
极少数偏远地区可能未收录在数据库中；时间数据每分钟更新一次，非实时秒级同步；不支持历史时间换算功能。
国际会议安排建议优先使用UTC时间作为基准，例如UTC+8（北京）与UTC-5（纽约）相差13小时，考虑夏令时调整为12小时。典型输入：伦敦15:30 → 输出东京23:30（夏令时期）。
