Enter names as one per line or separate them with commas or semicolons. Add shared school, class, or subtitle text, choose a visual theme, and arrange the tags in a grid. The layout controls set columns and rows per page; built-in presets include small, medium, and large grids. If the names do not fit on one page, the generator continues them onto additional pages.
Paper choices are US Letter and A4, each in portrait or landscape orientation. Letter is the familiar 8.5-by-11-inch US sheet; A4 is a separate international paper size. Review the preview and print settings for the paper actually loaded in the printer.
The PDF and PNG downloads are made from a rendered page image. PDF text is therefore not editable as individual text objects after export. Keep the original names and layout settings if you expect to revise the tags later.
A denser grid fits more labels on each page but makes each tag smaller. A less dense grid gives each name more room. The small preset uses 5 columns by 8 rows, medium uses 4 by 6, and large uses 3 by 4. You can also set columns from 1 to 10 and rows from 1 to 14. The page layout includes margins and gaps, so the physical tag size follows the selected paper, orientation, and grid.
