This tool relies on native device capabilities and cannot run directly in a web browser. Choose one of the supported clients below to continue.
After opening the client, search for “Company Business Registration Lookup” to start.
Look up authoritative business registration information using a company name or Unified Social Credit Code. Ideal for background checks, competitor analysis, and risk assessment.
During business collaborations or background checks, scattered company information often leads to delayed decision-making. By connecting to official data sources, this tool allows you to input a company's full name or its 18-digit Unified Social Credit Code (the company's unique legal ID) to instantly parse 14 core business registration details. These include registration status, registered capital, and business scope, providing structured data support for risk identification.
What should I do if I can't find the company information?
Please ensure there are no typos in the entered name and that it includes the complete regional identifier. For example, "Beijing ByteDance Technology Co., Ltd." must include the "Beijing" prefix. If there are still no results, the company may have been deregistered or is not publicly registered.
How is the data update frequency guaranteed?
The tool synchronizes changed data from the business registration system daily. However, there is a 3-5 day synchronization window for company status changes (such as business anomalies). For major decisions, secondary verification is recommended.
The entered name must include the complete administrative division (e.g., the "Shanghai" prefix). Search results do not include in-depth information such as judicial seizures. Batch queries must be implemented via the API. Companies in sensitive industries may have restricted public disclosure.
When verifying foreign-invested enterprises, it is recommended to search using both the English name (e.g., "Apple Operations LLC") and the Unified Social Credit Code. Pay special attention to the validity of qualifications marked as "Licensed Projects" in the business scope. Example: Entering "Tencent Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd." will retrieve its credit code 91440300708461136T and online game publishing license information.
