.swf
Max 5 MB
Overview
Understand what the tool solves, how it works, and the boundaries of its data.
Upload a .swf file to extract ActionScript, images, audio, fonts, and frame images into a downloadable ZIP archive.
The tool reads compiled SWF tags, including ActionScript 2 and 3, but cannot recreate original FLA editing data that was not embedded in the final file.
Guide
Follow the workflow and verify inputs and outputs with practical examples.
Choose an authorized .swf file no larger than 5 MB.
Upload it and start processing; complex animations or media may take longer.
Download the ZIP containing any recovered scripts, images, audio, fonts, and frames.
Review the folders, script text, and frame images to locate relevant content.
Tip: Keep an unchanged copy of the source file for comparison.
Use cases
See how the tool fits into real work and everyday tasks.
Identify reusable media and scripts before migrating authorized legacy content.
Inspect event handlers and timeline scripts when maintaining older presentations, courses, or games.
Organize extracted files with their source, processing date, and licensing records.
Q&A
Find concise answers to common questions and confusing cases.
No complete restoration is guaranteed because library structure, comments, editable timelines, and authoring settings may be absent from the SWF.
Compilation or obfuscation may alter code structure and symbol names, while some logic may be loaded from external files.
Static exports may not show runtime data, interactions, nested movie clips, external fonts, or dynamically loaded content.
Notes
Review scope, result limitations, and important precautions before use.
Process only SWF files you own or are authorized to analyze; extraction does not transfer copyrights or licenses.
The server reads the upload and clears its temporary working directory when processing ends. Do not upload files containing confidential data, embedded user information, internal addresses, or unpublished material.
Results may be incomplete for corrupted files or content using compression, encryption, obfuscation, dynamic loading, or nonstandard tags. Verify important findings independently and do not run recovered scripts unless you understand their behavior.
