When a website loads slowly or experiences issues, you often need to identify its CDN provider for targeted troubleshooting. This tool quickly identifies the Content Delivery Network (CDN) provider bound to a domain by analyzing its DNS records and IP characteristics. A CDN is a technical architecture that accelerates access by caching website resources across globally distributed edge nodes.
How can I verify the accuracy of the results?
You can verify the results by comparing the CNAME or IP ranges in the domain's DNS records. Most CDN providers use edge IPs with distinct characteristics.
Why is no CDN detected?
This could be because the domain is not using a CDN, is using a non-standard deployment method, or there was a DNS resolution error during the check.
Detection results may be affected by local DNS caching. We recommend flushing your cache and checking multiple times to confirm. Some CDN providers may also use obfuscation techniques that cause identification to fail.
For websites using multi-CDN architectures, we recommend checking multiple times at different hours. For example, example.com might use Akamai during the day and switch to Cloudflare at night. Pay attention to changes in the TTL values of the DNS records when checking.
