Try these quick checks first

Mandarin audio is silent

Raise media volume, check the active audio output, and try another card.

You are offline

Essential and emergency cards work offline. The full offline pack is included with China Complete Pack.

Restore China Complete Pack

Restoring an App Store purchase does not require a visible Toolkk account.
  1. Make sure the device uses the Apple ID that made the purchase.
  2. Open the China Complete Pack page in ShowMe.
  3. Choose Restore purchase and allow Apple and Toolkk to finish verification.
You will not be charged again.

Accounts are optional

Free cards, emergency content, Mandarin playback, number gestures, purchasing, and purchase restore do not require a visible account. A Toolkk account is used only for cross-device features clearly identified inside ShowMe.

Privacy and safety

Do not email passwords, passport numbers, medical records, full payment-card details, or unredacted App Store receipts.
