Automatically extract key fields from real estate certificates with structured output for owners, certificate numbers, and more.
When you need to process a large volume of real estate certificates, manual data entry is both time-consuming and prone to errors. This tool utilizes Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology specifically designed for the layout of real estate certificates. It automatically extracts over 15 key fields, including the rights holder, certificate number, and real estate unit number. A real estate certificate is a legal document issued by a property registration authority to prove ownership rights.
Which versions of real estate certificates are supported?
We currently support the standard layouts of the new certificates issued after 2016 and the 2008 version of property ownership certificates.
Can the recognition results be used as legal evidence?
This tool is only intended to assist with data entry. All results must be verified against the original document and cannot replace official legal certificates.
Please ensure the uploaded image has no glare or obstructions, and all four corners of the certificate are fully visible. For batch processing, we recommend uploading in small batches of no more than 10 images at a time. Pay attention to unit conversions for area values in the recognition results.
For the 2008 version of the certificate, we recommend prioritizing the page with the registration authority's seal. Typical recognition example: Input a clear certificate photo, and output structured JSON data containing fields such as "Rights Holder": "Zhang San", "Certificate Number": "Jing(2023)Property No.123456", and "Area": "89.67 sq.m.".
