A validation tool to identify the issuing bank, account type, and risk level using a bank card number.
When you need to verify the true attributes of a bank card, manually checking with bank customer service or official websites is often inefficient. This tool parses the BIN (Bank Identification Number) of a 16-19 digit bank card number to quickly identify the issuing bank, card type (debit/credit), and account category (Type I/II/III). Based on the central bank's account classification standards, a Type I account is a full-function settlement account that supports all financial services, including cash deposits and withdrawals, wealth management, and transfers.
Q: Why can't the account type be identified for some credit cards?
A: The Type II/III account classification only applies to debit cards; credit cards are not included in this classification system.
Q: Is the risk level in the verification results accurate?
A: Risk alerts are calculated based on public data models and are for reference only. For actual risk determination, please refer to the bank or public security authorities.
Please do not enter sensitive bank card information on public networks. Verification results may have a 12-hour data delay. Currently, foreign cards and certain special co-branded cards are not supported.
Typical BIN examples: China Construction Bank debit cards start with 6227, and China Merchants Bank credit cards start with 4392. We recommend financial professionals use this tool in conjunction with "four-element verification" (name, ID number, mobile phone number, and card number) to effectively reduce account opening risks.
