Toolkk supports issuing electronic VAT invoices for orders within 60 days. Contact customer service with order number and invoice header, and the invoice will be issued within 10 working days.

Toolkk provides lifetime free update service, and both new and existing users enjoy equal membership benefits. We will continue to invest in R&D to launch quality tools, and existing users can also enjoy membership benefits for newly launched tools.

Membership service is a virtual product. Unless there are technical issues, returns and refunds are not supported. Please understand.

Toolkk does have a team version. For teams of five or more people, please contact customer service for a customized team version.

Toolkk supports a maximum of three devices logged in and used simultaneously.

After activating membership, go to the personal center to check. If you encounter inactive situations, please contact customer service promptly.

Membership prices enjoy a default 20% discount, and during special events, you can enjoy a 50% discount. Discount offers cannot be stacked.
